E.3 Clinician services Active
An individual clinician's workbench covering documentation, follow-up and teaching, composed from D.4 and D.7. Graded by the rate at which clinicians accept the agent's output on review.
Evidence: none. No benchmark card lists this capability yet. No level is issued: methodology 0.1.0 sets no level thresholds. For scenario capabilities the state is derived from the D-domain capabilities they are composed of (the lowest among them); levels for E are issued only by signed L5 override.

Definition in detail
A clinician's workbench is useful only if clinicians accept its documentation, follow-up and teaching outputs with little change.
Inputs a task gives
- Baseline acceptance and editing measurements from the clinician's existing workflow
- Workflow materials for the component capabilities D.4 and D.7
- A review protocol stating how clinicians record accept, modify or reject
Artifact required
The component artifacts defined by D.4 and D.7, and a review record listing each output with the clinician's decision (accept, modify, reject).
How it is graded
Graded by before-and-after scenario indicators, chiefly the rate at which clinicians accept the agent's output on review. This is the only E entry whose indicator rests on recorded clinician review rather than a fully programmatic measure; the acceptance rate itself is computed by program from the review record. Levels L1 to L4 are to be derived by program from verified result records once their thresholds are set; methodology 0.1.0 sets none and issues no level. L5 (role candidate) is never derived: it requires written before-and-after evidence on the scenario indicators and external anchors pointing the same way, and is granted only by a signed level override in registry/level-overrides with evidence links and the signer named.
In scope
- Documentation, follow-up and teaching outputs for an individual clinician
- Acceptance rate measured against a baseline
Out of scope
- Scoring of each component artifact - graded under D.4 and D.7
- Regulatory classification of a product built on the scenario - recorded in regulatory_context, not graded
Typical failures
Expected failure patterns; not measured rates.
- Outputs accepted in review but edited heavily afterwards
- Acceptance driven by reviewer fatigue rather than output quality
- Review protocol applied differently before and after
